'Pineapple' Horse is the first of my photographic collection.
Inspired by the beauty, texture and colour of Pineapple peelings, I decided to experiment with drying out the pieces usually destined for the recycling bin.
The most beautiful shapes reveal themselves as the pineapple pieces dry and curl.
My aim was to capture the unpredictable and unique nature of the finished product through photography.
This magical 'Pineapple' Horse is my first piece to share with you.
