  Good product took ages to arrive

  excellent service but very disappointed with the product. Despite numerous cleaning attempts I still can't use it as the lid has such a distinctive rubber taste meaning my coffee is pretty unbearable. Have wanted one of these for ages but will now have to become one of the masses with a boring mug flask thing. Boo

  The lid was not as high quality as I would have liked. The orifice to drink from also seemed too small.

  Nothing like what the image is and the customer service from the client was not the greatest. However it did get sorted in the end. Did send the product back.

  I was very disappointed with this item. The ordering was very easy and delivery was quick but to be honest it looks like a tooth brush mug rather than something you'd want to drink coffee from. I bought it as a gift for my daughter who goes to Starbucks every morning on her way to work to get her coffee and I thought it would be a great idea - she can get her own mug filled or transfer her coffee into a porcelin mug when she got to work but I would be embarrassed to give it to her. It needs something on it - a logo or even if it had a transfer saying "I am not a paper cup" that would be something. It is also very expensive for what it is. I will be returning it for a full refund.
