step-by-step guide to finding out where your order is

  • Step 1: sign in

    You’ll need your email address and password to sign in. If you’ve lost your password, click the link and we’ll send you a replacement link to your email address immediately.

  • Step 2: click on ‘where’s my order’

    Click on ‘where’s my order’ on the left hand menu to view all your orders. The most recent orders will be at the top.

  • Step 3: check the status

    On the right hand side is the order status section, showing when your order is due for dispatch or delivery.

  • Step 4: order enquiry

    If you wish to enquire about an order, please contact the seller concerned by clicking the order enquiry button next to the relevant order. If you email us about an order we'll ask you first to attempt to contact the seller. Our sellers are expected to maintain high standards of customer service and should reply promptly. However, we will always be happy to help should you need our support.
