Each of these 16 luscious fresh milk chocolate truffles is filled with a pure ganache centre of Venezuelan carenero superior bean milk chocolate (41% cocoa solids) blended with fresh Dorset cream infused with Madagascan vanilla seeds....and nothing else - no additives or preservatives.
As a result, these truffles are so fresh and pure that they should be eaten as soon as possible, ideally within 2 weeks of receipt.
Each truffle is truly handmade - each is piped by hand, then hand-dipped in more milk chocolate & hand-rolled in curly milk chocolate flakes....a veritable milk chocolate truffle feast!
