These are two of our most popular truffles together in one box of 16.
8 of our "Raspberry Riot" truffles - infused with raspberry puree & a hint of framboise and rolled in dried raspberries (& yes, they are naturally that glorious red colour).
8 "Fizzy Duck" truffles - infused with more than a hint of marc de champagne and dusted in fairtrade sugar from Paraguay.
Each truffle is made with a pure ganache of fresh Dorset cream blended with Venezuelan criollo bean (70% cocoa solids) dark chocolate, natural flavours & nothing else - no glucose syrup, sorbitol, fondant or any other preservatives for that matter.
They are truly handmade in that they are hand-piped, hand-dipped & hand-rolled in their various finishes.
Both are dark, intense but oh so moreish....
Please note these chocolates are made with fresh cream so only have a two week shelf life. All our chocolates are made in one environment so may contain, nut, milk, soya and wheat traces.
