We are a husband & wife-led team passionate about making the finest chocolates by hand at our factory in Dorset. We have already won 30 chocolate awards and much critical acclaim, including features in Country Living, Good Food & The Wall Street Journal. We only work with the finest Carenero Superior bean chocolate from Venezuela, local fresh Dorset produce, including fresh cream for all our ganache centres, & fairly traded ingredients wherever possible.We are so passionate about purity that we offer a purity promise - you will never find any vegetable fats or preservatives commonly used in the industry in our fresh chocolates & truffles - as a result, they have a short shelf life and are best enjoyed fresh within days.
