We are a husband & wife-led team passionate about making chocolates by hand since 2002 at "Cocoa Central", our tiny factory & shop in Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset.
Totally committed to Purity, Provenance & Freshness, we have already won 18 chocolate awards and much critical acclaim, including features in Country Living, Good Food & The European edition of the Wall Street Journal.
We only work with origin chocolate made with the finest cocoa beans from Venezuela, Tanzania & Ghana, local fresh Dorset produce, including fresh cream for all our ganaches, & fairly traded ingredients wherever possible.
We are passionate about purity & so offer a purity promise - you will never find any vegetable fats or preservatives commonly used in the industry in our fresh chocolates & truffles - as a result, they have a short shelf life and are best enjoyed fresh within days.
