Product description
One of a kind rabbit bowl by Japanese studio artist. Ready to hang and would make a perfect Easter Decoration.
Decorative bowl with rabbit motif exclusively crafted for two persimmons.
This bowl depicts a rabbit running in the field under the full moon.
Imai Ritsuko's graphics draws inspiration from many things, including relics of early civilizations of the Ancient Near East.
Both sgraffito technique and hand glazing are applied on these bowls.
Sgraffito is made by scratch-drawing on the wet clay between throwing and firing.
This item, Rabbit and the Moon, is slightly smaller than other rabbit bowls on the listings.
Ready to hang on the wall. As the close-up image shows, two small halls are made on the foot and a brass wire ring is attached.
